We only offer replacement for eligible products under certain conditions mentioned below. 1. Eligibility for Replacement A replacement will be provided only if: The product received is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery. The wrong product was delivered (different from the one ordered). The request for replacement is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. 2. Non-Eligible Cases Replacement will not be provided in the following cases: Change of mind or personal dislike after purchase. Minor color variations due to photography or screen resolution. Damage caused by mishandling, regular wear & tear, or improper use after delivery. 3. Replacement Process Customers must share unboxing video/photos of the product as proof within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will initiate the replacement process. Replacement shipping will be free in case of wrong/damaged delivery. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a replacement with a similar product of equal value. 4.
