Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rajwada Imitation, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of imitation jewellery, we follow a No Return, No Refund Policy. We only offer replacement for eligible products under certain conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement will be provided only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery.
The wrong product was delivered (different from the one ordered).
The request for replacement is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind or personal dislike after purchase.
Minor color variations due to photography or screen resolution.
Damage caused by mishandling, regular wear & tear, or improper use after delivery.
3. Replacement Process
